Cumberland Healthcare Volunteer Partner’s 24th Annual Love Light Tree

November 18, 2016   |  Written By Admin in Uncategorized

CUMBERLAND, WI – Cumberland Healthcare Volunteer Partners encourages community members to remember loved ones this holiday season by honoring them through Love Lights. To participate in this yearly event, purchase a Love Light at $5 per light, or a string of lights for $25.

The Love Light Tree will brighten the Cumberland Healthcare main reception area. Lights purchased on the Love Light Tree will pay memory, recognize or give thanks to a loved one. Lights purchased for the Love Light Tree will also honor loved ones with current or past military service.

For the second year, community members can also purchase lights for the Tree of Hope, located in the new Healing Garden in the Cumberland Healthcare Healing Center. Lights purchased for the Tree of Hope will honor those affected by cancer.

Donations must be received by December 5, 2016, to have the names of those you are honoring recognized at the Tree Lighting Ceremony. Donations will be accepted throughout the month of December. Proceeds from the Love Lights will benefit the Cumberland Healthcare Volunteer Partner’s Scholarship Fund. For more information, contact Ann Bergmann, Volunteer Coordinator at Cumberland Healthcare, at (715) 822-7264.

All community members are invited to attend the Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 5, 2016, at 5:30 pm in the Cumberland Healthcare main reception area, located at 1110 Seventh Avenue, Cumberland. Light refreshments will be served.
