| Lakewood Regency Apartments now have openings available. The Lakewood Regency Apartments are attached to the Cumberland Memorial Hospital & Extended Care Unit. These spacious apartments were designed as a comfortable and convenient living choice for seniors keeping social interest and personal safety in mind.
Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system; pull cords are conveniently located in the bathroom and bedroom. When the system is engaged, medical staff from the adjoining hospital immediately provide the medical assistance needed.
Tenants can prepare their breakfast and evening meals in the fully equipped kitchens. Each unit includes a stove and refrigerator which are electric and maintenance free.
All of the apartments are designed with an ample supply of electrical outlets, telephone jacks and cable TV receptacles. All utilities and cable TV (except telephone) are included in the monthly rental rate.
The common dining room is available to offer each tenant
an enjoyable environment while they dine with their neighbors and friends. Our Registered Dietitian plans and prepares each daily meal. The large portioned daily noon meal is also included in the monthly rental fee. Tenants are able to use the Hospital’s Wellness Center, located in the Rehab Department, at no charge.
