CARDIAC REHABILITATION - Is designed to reduce a patient's risk of heart disease through a program of exercise, education, stress management and lifestyle changes.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY - Specially trained therapists provide consultation, evaluation, treatment and recommendations to persons who need assistance to lead independent, productive lives. Occupational Therapy focuses on skills for the job of living for people of all ages with physical, developmental, social or emotional problems.
PHYSICAL THERAPY - Specially trained therapists examine, evaluate and administer tests to identify existing or potential problems and plan a treatment program. Physical Therapy focuses on the preservation and restoration of optimal physical function for persons with injuries, dysfunction after pregnancy or surgeries, wound care and more.
PULMONARY REHABILITATION - Provides progressive exercise and education with the goal of helping patients with chronic lung disease increase their independence in activities of daily living.
