Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Full-time

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The position will have responsibilities primarily in the Turtle Lake Medical Clinic. Hours will be days Monday-Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for self starter candidate that wishes to work independently and grow a program.

Nestled in Wisconsin’s vacationland, our location in Northwest Wisconsin is perfect for outdoor activities Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter. Our community has an excellent school system and our close proximity to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area makes it the perfect location.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program; Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in the State of WI, or ability to obtain;  Confidence, skill level, and ability to work independently with indirect physician oversight; Clinical experience preferred.

Respiratory Therapist, Per Diem

We are currently searching for a per diem Respiratory Therapist to fill in for vacations, etc.  This position would be primarily on-call, but may have some scheduled hours as well.  This would be a great opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist looking for some additional call hours! 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license, One year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.

Pediatric Physical Therapist, Part-time (may grow into full-time)

We are currently searching for a Part-time Physical Therapist.  This is a growing position that may reach full-time in the near future.  This position  would focus on pediatrics, specifically Birth-3.  The hours for this position would be Monday-Friday Days with occasional weekends. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy, Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure in WI), Interest in pediatrics as they relate to Physical Therapy (experience in pediatrics preferred), Desire to build programs, and Excellent interpersonal skills.

Surgical RN, Full-time .9 FTE

We are currently searching for a Full-time Surgical RN. This position will work Monday-Friday days and will include rotating call for after hours, weekends, and holiday coverage.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin; Surgery experience including pre-op, post-op, circulate case and recovery (PAR/PACU) independently required; CPR certified; ACLS certified within 1 year; and Qualified to take surgical call (within 20 minutes of facility).

Polysomnographic Technician, Part-time

We are currently searching for a Polysomnographic Technician.  This position is currently part-time but could grow into full-time based on patient volume.  This position would typically work 9p.m.-7a.m. but could work up to 12 hours/shift/night.  The candidate needs to be flexible based on patient needs.  Polysomnographic Technician Certification is required within 12 months of employment. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Polysomnographic Technician Certification (or willing to achieve within 12 months of hire), Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, Ability to function independently, High School diploma or GED plus at least one year of direct patient care experience , Proficient computer knowledge and skills, and CPR or BCLS certification.

EMT, Basic/A-EMT/IV Tech, Reserve

We are currently searching for an Emergency Medical Technician.  The primary schedule will be 7a-7p or 7p-7a.  This is a full-time position and does include benefits!

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Certified EMT-B, EMT-IVT or Advanced EMT in the State of Wisconsin.
