*NEW* NUTRITIONAL SERVICES

*Sous Chef, Full-time  

This position is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers and supporting the department by receiving orders, setting up catering functions, and delegating food preparation in accordance with approved culinary techniques under the direction of the Executive Chef. This position also includes supervisory requirements of the Cooks and Food Service Employees as well as Gardening.

Qualifications: Associate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Hospitality, preferred; Food Service experience with a minimum of 1 year kitchen management experience, required; Knowledge of the following: quantity cooking procedures, special diets and safe food handling practices; Ability to develop, plan and present creative menus; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to adjust to changing needs, timelines, and requests; Basic computer skills; Excellent communication skills; and Excellent customer service skills.

This is a full-time position, working possible Day and PM hours with the tentative service hours of 7am-7pm.

This position is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external customers and supporting the department by preparing, cooking and servicing specific menu items in accordance with approved specifications of the program menus. This individual estimates food requirements, is responsible for prep, set-up, gardening, and service pertaining to cooking, as well as additional functions, events or tasks as needed.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, preferred; Cooking experience in a food service operation, preferred; Knowledge of the following: quantity cooking procedures, special diets and safe food handling practices; Ability to follow directions; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to adjust to changing needs, timelines, and requests; Basic computer skills; Excellent communication skills; and Excellent customer service skills.

BUSINESS OFFICE

*Patient Access Representative, Full-time  *$2500 Sign-on Bonus! 

We’re looking for a friendly Patient Access Representative to join our team!  This is a full-time position and may include variable hours Monday-Friday 6am-7pm and Weekend/Holiday Rotations 8am-5pm.  Our Patient Access Staff have a key role in welcoming all into our facility.  They are responsible for fielding phone calls, registering patients, and assisting with office tasks, etc. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:  Excellent clerical skills, Excellent communication skills, Advanced computer skills, Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and the Ability to work independently.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

*Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT, IVT or Basic),  Full-time       *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!  

We are currently searching for an Emergency Medical Technician. The primary schedule will be 7a-7p or 7p-7a. This is a full-time position and does include benefits. NURSING

*Clinical Resource RN (House Supervisor)                                                                                                                                                                                               Full-time ($8000 sign-on Bonus)

We are currently searching for a Clinical Resource RN to join our team.  This position is responsible for the oversight of nursing care delivery, staffing and managing the patient flow throughout the healthcare facility and will have a focus on Education and Leadership. This position will be part of the clinical leadership team, working directly with all the unit managers to ensure patient engagement and experience are maximized. This position will include ancillary nursing administrative duties as assigned.  

Our ideal candidate would have a Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin, Minimum of 5 years acute care experience; Resilient and flexible in a crisis; Excellent critical thinking skills; Excellent presentation and teaching skills; Ability to function in all roles in the ER and Med/Surg; and Current in the following:  BLS, ACLS, PALS, and within one year, NRP and TNCC.

We have full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.  All of these would have the opportunity to cross-train and do include block schedules.  Our RNs enjoy working 12-hour shifts (7-7), giving them flexibility in their personal lives. This opportunity also includes every third weekend and holiday rotation.

PHARMACY

REHABILITATION/THERAPY

Family Medicine Physician (multiple positions)

Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (multiple positions)

Duties: The Family Medicine Physician at Cumberland Healthcare in Cumberland, Wisconsin will provide and manage comprehensive primary medical care medical services to entire families with patients ranging from newborns to the elderly in order to assist these patients with diseases, disorders and injuries commonly experienced in the general population. The services will include the examination, assessment, diagnosis, non-surgical treatment and management of both common and complex acute and non-acute illnesses, disorders and injuries affecting the eyes, ears, skin, bones as well as nervous, reproductive, digestive/excretory, respiratory, circulatory and vascular systems.  Analyze records, reports, test results and/or examination information to diagnose and assess medical condition(s) of patients and then treat patients by prescribing or administering medication, therapy, vaccination, development programs/activities or other generalized medical care; collect, record and maintain patient medical history; refer patients to medical specialists when necessary; and advise patients, their parents and/or guardians concerning individual and family wellness and healthy lifestyle, development concerns, activity, disease and injury prevention and mental health.

Minimum Requirements: Medical Degree (M.D.) or its foreign degree equivalent, completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine, and possession of a State of Wisconsin medical license.
