Director of Nursing, Full-time  *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Director of Nursing to join our stellar team. This position would oversee the nursing function in the departments of Medical/Surgical, Emergency, Infusion, Wound Care, and Cardiac Services.  This position is mainly Monday-Friday days, but may require other as needed.

Required Qualifications:  BSN degree; 5 years of clinical nursing experience; ability to manage, grow, and develop staff; strong team building skills; knowledge of budgeting in a nursing department along with scheduling and FTE allocation; and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:  Nursing education experience; supervisory or management experience; experience working in a union environment; strong clinical skills in medical-surgical and/or emergency department; and emergency critical care experience.

Respiratory Therapist, Full-time   *$2000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Respiratory Therapist.  This position would have scheduled hours as well as scheduled call-time and would work in conjunction with our current RT.  

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license, One year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.

Health Information Coder/Quality, Full-time   *Sign-on Bonus!

Cumberland Healthcare is searching for a full-time Coder that is also interested with the Quality aspects of HIM. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:  Satisfactory completion of Medical Record Technician Program or equivalent work experience; Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility; Knowledge of medical coding guidelines and practices, including ICD-10; Office equipment knowledge and skills, including computer, printer, copy machine, fax and telephone.

We’re looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday-Friday days. Our ideal candidate will have Hospital Pharmacy Technician experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for full-time C N As to work in our Medical/Surgical Department.  The schedule would include mainly nights OR mainly days.  Every third weekend and holiday rotation would also be included.   

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  Active Certified Nursing Assistant in WI,  Excellent communication and human relations skills; Excellent clerical and computer skills; and Hospital CNA experience is a plus.
