Housekeeper,  Full-time     *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time housekeeper. Our housekeepers enjoy a schedule where they only work 8 days in a 2 week pay period (9 hour days).  This gives then the flexibility they’ve come to love in a schedule. Our opportunity includes mainly PMs, but could possibly include days as well. It also includes a weekend and holiday rotation. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Excellent human relation skills/communication skills, Works well with others, Housekeeping experience preferred, and Familiarity with MDS of all products used or willing to learn.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

IT Network Administrator,  Full-time     *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!

Cumberland Healthcare is offering a rewarding and ever-evolving position that allows for ongoing education and growth within the information technology healthcare field.  Our organization is a patient-centered and family-oriented organization that values their employees and is always striving for excellence. 

This position works days Monday-Friday, including rotating after-hours call.  The minimum educational degree is a 2-year Associate’s in Computer Science with a focus in Network Administration.  A minimum of 3 years working in a healthcare setting would be preferred.

The operational Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance, Provide network support with a variety of operating systems, Install and configure computer network equipment, Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations, Provide network support to users, Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings, Assist in developing and monitoring policies for the use of network resources, Monitor and manage disaster recovery and back-up, Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades, Monitor network to ensure optimal performance, Assist in creating and maintaining network users and permissions, Manage projects in a timely and effective manner, Maintain documentation of network including need-to-know settings and changes, and Rotate on-call to provide after-hours support to end-users.

LEADERSHIP

Director of Nursing, Full-time  *$5000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Director of Nursing to join our stellar team. This position would oversee the nursing function in the departments of Medical/Surgical, Emergency, Infusion, Wound Care, and Cardiac Services.  This position is mainly Monday-Friday days, but may require other as needed.

Required Qualifications:  BSN degree; 5 years of clinical nursing experience; ability to manage, grow, and develop staff; strong team building skills; knowledge of budgeting in a nursing department along with scheduling and FTE allocation; and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:  Nursing education experience; supervisory or management experience; experience working in a union environment; strong clinical skills in medical-surgical and/or emergency department; and emergency critical care experience.

Surgical Services Supervisor, Full-time  *$5000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Surgical Services Supervisor to join our Surgical Team.  Growing surgical services is a goal we feel strongly about as we approach the time in 2023 when we will be moving into our new facility. 

Required Qualifications:  RN license in the state of WI; 5 years surgical experience required; 3 years supervisory experience including proven track record in building surgical programs, physician relations, and staff development required; and excellent communication skills.

NURSING 

Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator,  Full-time Nights Med/Surg      *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for two experienced C N As to work in our Medical/Surgical Department.  Our C N As enjoy 12 hour shifts (7pm-7am), giving them the hours they desire in less days.  We have a collaborative nursing department where our C N A/Health Unit Coordinators play a vital part on the Healthcare Team.

Our ideal candidate would have their Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Wisconsin.  Excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.  New grads of a C N A program are welcome!

This position is full-time with a .9 FTE and would work in our Medical/Surgical and Emergency Departments. The majority of hours for this opportunity are during the night shift. Our RNs enjoy working 12 hour shifts (7-7), giving them flexibility in their personal lives. This opportunity also includes an every third weekend and holiday rotation.

We are currently searching for a Specialty Clinic Assistant to work in our busy Specialty Clinic as well as cross-train to our Healing Center (Wound Care/Infusion) Monday-Friday Days. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:  C N A Certification in WI; Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards; Demonstrated computer skills including word processing and data entry programs; Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks as needed; and Minimum of 1-year clinical experience within the last 3 years required

Laboratory MLT or MT, Full-time .9 FTE     *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a Full-time MLT or MT to work in our progressive Laboratory Department, performing the collection and receiving of specimens, testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Immunohematology. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Associate Degree required; Phlebotomy (experience helpful); Laboratory Experience (helpful but NEW GRADS WELCOME); MT or MLT in the state of WI, ASCP certification or eligible for certification; and Excellent human relation skills/communications skills.

Most hours would be in the hospital but may include some in the clinic as well. Our hours are inviting as they are mainly days with a one in 6 weekend and holiday rotation.  No Call!!

RADIOLOGY

Radiology Technologist, Full-time  *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!      

We’re looking for a Licensed Radiology Technologist to join our Team.  This is a full-time position (.9 FTE).  Shifts may include Days and PMs, as well as a Call, Weekend and Holiday rotation shared with a number of other team members.  Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 

ARRT license in the state of Wisconsin, Willing to learn CT if not already competent, Advanced Computer Skills, as well as excellent communication skills and teamwork!

REHABILITATION/THERAPY

Licensed Athletic Trainer, Full-time  *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!      

We’re looking for a Licensed Athletic Trainer to join our progressive Athletic Training Team.  This is a full-time position (salaried at 72 hours/pay period with an annual average of .9 FTE).  Shift would include Days; Nights and Weekends as needed.  This is an exciting position as we cover a number of schools in our area.  Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training; Active State of Wisconsin Athletic Trainers License; National Athletic Trainers Association Certification; Excellent communication and human relations skills, Dynamic and self-motivated in developing new program content including occupational health and performance enhancement/injury prevention programming, and Demonstration of teamwork including functioning in a support role while assisting and working with providers and patients.

Respiratory Therapist, Full-time   *$5000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Respiratory Therapist.  This position would have scheduled hours as well as scheduled call-time and would work in conjunction with our current RT.

Speech Language Pathologist,  Full-time     *$2500 Sign-on Bonus!

Our progressive Rehabilitation Department is seeking a dynamic and caring speech language pathologist interested in becoming part of a team of seasoned therapists, while still being in a small community environment. The position has an emphasis on pediatrics in the school setting, Birth-3, and pediatric outpatients in a friendly hometown atmosphere. Other patient care opportunities including hospital, skilled nursing, and general outpatient if interested. There is potential for a school-based schedule or a full-time year round schedule.
