Certified Medical Assistant,  Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We’re looking for the perfect CMA to join our Clinic Team. This is a full-time position (.9 FTE) with the majority of hours in the Cumberland Clinic Monday-Friday, with a minimal Saturday morning rotation (ex. 1 in 10).  This opportunity is unique as it is working in part with our surgeon and the balance of time as a float amongst our other providers.

Our ideal candidate will have Clinic Medical Assisting experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Speech Language Pathologist,  Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

Our progressive Rehabilitation Department is seeking a dynamic and caring speech language pathologist interested in becoming part of a team of seasoned therapists, while still being in a small community environment. The position has an emphasis on pediatrics in the school setting, Birth-3, and pediatric outpatients in a friendly hometown atmosphere. Other patient care opportunities including hospital, skilled nursing, and general outpatient if interested. There is potential for a school-based schedule or a full-time year round schedule. Rehabilitation Support Services Supervisor,  Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a Rehabilitation Support Services Supervisor for our busy Rehabilitation Department. Join our department and you join a group of professionals that are dedicated to returning our patients to the quality of life they desire. Laboratory MLT or MT,  Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a Full-time (.9 FTE 72 hours per pay period) to work in our progressive Laboratory Department  Most hours would be in the hospital but may include some in the clinic as well.  This position performs the collection and receiving of specimens, testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, and Immunohematology.  Our hours are inviting as they are mainly days with a weekend and holiday rotation. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Associate Degree required; Phlebotomy (1 year preferred); Laboratory Experience (1 year preferred); MT or MLT in the state of WI, ASCP certification or eligible for certification; and Excellent human relation skills/communications skills.

Laboratory Phlebotomist,  Part-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a Laboratory Phlebotomist to work primarily in our Cumberland location, but may also be assigned to Turtle Lake from time to time.  This position includes 32 hours/pay period but could turn into more if desired.  Our Phlebotomists enjoy a schedule possibility of Monday-Friday Days and NO Weekends!  Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Successful completion of Phlebotomy Course, CMA, or equivalent training; Excellent computer skills; Excellent communication skills; and Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.  Experience is welcome but is not required.

Surgical RN, Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a Full-time Surgical RN. This position will work Monday-Friday days and will include rotating call for after hours, weekends, and holiday coverage.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin; Surgery experience including pre-op, post-op, circulate case and recovery (PAR/PACU) independently required; CPR certified; ACLS certified within 1 year; and Qualified to take surgical call (within 20 minutes of facility).

Patient Access Representative,  Full-time or Part-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator, Full-time     *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time C N A/Health Unit Coordinator to work in our Medical/Surgical Department.  This position works primarily nights, but could includes days from time to time.  Our C N A/HUCs work 12 hour shifts, 7-7, and this opportunity includes an every third weekend and holiday rotation.

C N A in the state of WI, Excellent human relation skills/communication skills, Works well with others, and Basic Microsoft Office Skills.

Director of Nursing, Full-time  *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Director of Nursing to join our stellar team. This position would oversee the nursing function in the departments of Medical/Surgical, Emergency, Infusion, Wound Care, and Cardiac Services.  This position is mainly Monday-Friday days, but may require other as needed.

Required Qualifications:  BSN degree; 5 years of clinical nursing experience; ability to manage, grow, and develop staff; strong team building skills; knowledge of budgeting in a nursing department along with scheduling and FTE allocation; and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:  Nursing education experience; supervisory or management experience; experience working in a union environment; strong clinical skills in medical-surgical and/or emergency department; and emergency critical care experience.

Respiratory Therapist, Full-time   *Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Respiratory Therapist.  This position would have scheduled hours as well as scheduled call-time and would work in conjunction with our current RT.

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license, One year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.

Licensed Athletic Trainer, Full-time  *Sign-on Bonus!      

We’re looking for a Licensed Athletic Trainer to join our progressive Athletic Training Team.  This is a full-time position (salaried at 72 hours/pay period with an annual average of .9 FTE).  Shift would include Days; Nights and Weekends as needed.  This is an exciting position as we cover a number of schools in our area.  Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training; Active State of Wisconsin Athletic Trainers License; National Athletic Trainers Association Certification; Excellent communication and human relations skills, Dynamic and self-motivated in developing new program content including occupational health and performance enhancement/injury prevention programming, and Demonstration of teamwork including functioning in a support role while assisting and working with providers and patients.
