Career Opportunities

Emergency Department RN, Full-time

We’re looking for the perfect RN to join our team. The majority of the hours would be on the night shift and would be spent in our highly rated Emergency Department. Our ideal candidate will have Emergency Room experience and/or Medical Surgical experience. MLT or MT, Full-time or Part-time

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a full-time or part-time MLT or MT to work in our Hospital and Clinic Laboratories.  Staff would mainly work in our Cumberland location, but could at times work at our Turtle Lake Clinic.  The schedule would include Monday-Friday Days (possible PMs) and a weekend and holiday rotation.  Call is not regularly scheduled, as we have 24 hour laboratory staff. 

The ideal candidate must have their MLT or MT license in the State of WI, or be eligible for it.  Experience is preferred, but isn’t required.  This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate that is looking for diversity in their day.  We have an excellent benefit package and are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate!

Clinical Informatics RN, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare is currently in search of a Clinical Informatics RN. This is an exciting time for us in regards to IT! This position is responsible for the day-to-day support of Clinical Informatics systems for the organization, including problem resolution and downtimes. They will assist in implementation and maintenance of all clinical informatics systems; act as a liaison between clinical staff and information technology staff; and answer questions or resolve computer problems for users in person, via telephone, or remotely.  The position is mainly Monday-Friday Days but will include a call rotation amongst all IT staff.

We require a minimum of an Associate’s degree and RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin. Our preferred candidate would have Nursing Informatics experience, project management experience, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for two full-time (.9 FTE) C N As to work in our Medical/Surgical Department.  The schedule would include mainly nights with possible days.  Every third weekend and holiday rotation would also be included.   $1000 Sign-on BONUS!!

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  Active Certified Nursing Assistant in WI,  Excellent communication and human relations skills; Excellent clerical and computer skills; and Hospital CNA experience is a plus.

Respiratory Therapist, Per Diem

We are currently searching for a per diem Respiratory Therapist to fill in for vacations, etc.  This position would be primarily on-call but may have some scheduled hours as well.  This would be a great opportunity for a Respiratory Therapist looking for some additional call hours! 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license, One year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.
