Human Resources Generalist/Accounting Assistant, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare is searching for a full-time Human Resources Generalist/Accounting Assistant. This position offers an array of duties making it ideal for the candidate that is interested in multiple facets of business. Human Resources Generalist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, payroll processing, assistance with benefits administration, assistance with personnel documentation, and regulatory requirements and audits. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, audits and financial reporting.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Human Resources or Accounting a plus); payroll processing experience (especially with ADP); accounts payable experience; basic knowledge of Human Resources functions and legalities; thorough knowledge of business transactions, accounting procedures, federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to hospital business transactions; excellent customer service skills; advanced computer knowledge and skills; ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail; ability to work independently; and good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Certified Pharmacy Technician, Full-time

We’re looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday-Friday days. Our ideal candidate will have Hospital Pharmacy Technician experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Certified Nursing Assistant/Health Unit Coordinator, Part-time Nights

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for two part-time (.6 FTE) C N As to work in our Medical/Surgical Department.  The schedule would include mainly nights OR mainly days.  Every third weekend and holiday rotation would also be included.   $1000 Sign-on BONUS!!

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  Active Certified Nursing Assistant in WI,  Excellent communication and human relations skills; Excellent clerical and computer skills; and Hospital CNA experience is a plus.

Respiratory Therapist, Full-time

We are currently searching for a full-time Respiratory Therapist.  This position would have scheduled hours as well as scheduled call-time and would work in conjunction with our current RT.  

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license, One year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.
