We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of materials management and medical supplies. They would also have excellent customer service and computer skills. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position. No weekends or holidays!
Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, distribution, storing and accurately issuing all items stored in inventory. Handles in-house printing, copying and postage machine; maintains the forms control files; shipping/receiving; monitors stock levels/outdates/expirations; annual inventory; and decides on reorder points.

- Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.
- General maintenance of regulatory standards when required

- Basic computer knowledge and skills
