*Certified Medical Assistant, Full-time 

We are currently searching for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to work in our Medical Clinic as well as our Specialty Clinic.  The hours would be days Monday-Friday and would include a Saturday morning rotation (example: 1 in 10)

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

*EMS Supervisor, Full-time

We are seeking the perfect candidate for our EMS Supervisor role. We have an amazing team and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it. The EMS Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, management and implementation of the daily operation of EMS services in conjunction with the Emergency Department.

The Supervisor shall coordinate review, develop and implement Departmental policies and procedures. The Supervisor will coordinate and establish staffing to ensure that patient needs are met. Additionally, the Supervisor shall be responsible for assisting with staff recruitment, selection and placement of qualified personnel within these departments, as well as disciplinary action.
The Supervisor will develop an annual budget based on established departmental goals and will strive to meet the budget by making sound decisions. The Supervisor will make recommendations and upon approval, will implement new programs that provide growth to the department and organization. The Supervisor will continually research and recommend changes to the department that improve the financial and/or care performance.  The Supervisor will ensure that staff are advised of any requirements of any governmental or regulatory body and implement procedures that meet these requirements.  The Supervisor shall receive direction from the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that all services within the facility are coordinated efficiently and accurately.

The Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduation from an approved EMT program, Minimum EMT in the state of Wisconsin, At least 5 years of EMS experience, Supervisory experience required, EMS supervisory experience preferred and Excellent Computer and Customer Service Skills.

*Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT, IVT or Basic),  Full-time        

We are currently searching for an Emergency Medical Technician. The primary schedule will be 7a-7p or 7p-7a. This is a full-time position and does include benefits. Our Team is top-notch and well-respected in the tri-county area. We are currently building a new healthcare campus with brand-new EMS quarters. We would love for you to join our team!

HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

*Medical Coder (in-house position), Full-time

We are currently searching for an in-house Medical Coder to join our Health Information Department.  This is a full-time position, .8-.9 FTE, working Days Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. 

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:  Satisfactory completion of Medical Record Technician Program required; RHIT preferred; Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine, surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required in areas of responsibility; Knowledge of medical coding guidelines and practices, including ICD-10; and Office equipment knowledge and skills, including computer, printer, copy machine, fax and telephone.

NURSING

*Surgical Services Director, Full-time 

We are currently searching for a Surgical Services Director to work in our Surgery Department. This position is full-time with a 1.0 FTE. 

Our ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a Wisconsin RN license, and two or more years of managerial experience preferred with demonstrated administrative leadership. A minimum of four years of operating room clinical experience and extensive job knowledge in surgical nursing practice are required. Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism relating well to others. The ability to make independent decisions after situation analysis, alternative identification, and risk/benefit analysis. The candidate plays a crucial role in overssing the operations of our surgical department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency. Collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional surgical services to our community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the surgical department
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize surgical services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

*Surgical RN, Full-time .9 FTE

We are currently searching for an experienced Surgical RN to work in our growing Surgery Department. This position is full-time with a .9 FTE. This is a Weekday position that includes evening and weekend call rotation, sharing in the call time with a professional, flexible team of RNs.
 
Our ideal candidate would have a Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin along with Surgical RN experience (at least one year including pre-op, post-op, and RN sedation); Circulating case and recovery experience a plus; Willing to cross-train to Med/Surg; CPR certified; ACLS and PALS certified within 1 year; and willing to take call within 20 minute proximity of hospital (call room available if necessary). Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.

Patient Financial Services

*Patient Financial Services Supervisor, Full-time Monday-Friday

We are seeking a dynamic Patient Financial Services Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate would provide leadership for our centralized Patient Financial Services Department, which includes data entry, billing, prior authorization and collection functions. This also includes providing business support service functions: data entry, billing, claims follow-up, and credit & collection functions. The Patient Financial Services supervisor manages the required internal processes for changes from Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party payers and visits with patients and necessary concerning their account standing and acquiring or restricting access to services. This position is also responsible for employee performance evaluations and rounding.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Excellent clerical skills; Excellent communication skills; Advanced computer skills; High School graduate or equivalent; Associate Degree in Medical Administrative or Business field, or relevant work experience; Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred; and would be Familiar with ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding systems.
