*Administration

*Volunteer Partners Coordinator, Part-time .5 FTE

The Volunteers at Cumberland Healthcare are members of Partners of Wisconsin Hospital Association, a non-profit volunteer service organization associated with the Wisconsin Hospital Association.  We are currently searching for a part-time Coordinator to manage our Volunteer Partners Organization.  We currently have over 75 active volunteers that give of their time in many different capacities at Cumberland Healthcare, including working in our gift shop, the “Corner Boutique”; working as way-finders and patient assistance at our Information Desk; baking cookies; fundraising; and courier services.  
 
The Coordinator role is responsible for the Cumberland Healthcare Volunteer Partners program, including implementation, development, management and growth.  The Coordinator oversees all aspects of volunteer activities, gift shop operation, and orientation and recruitment of volunteers.  This would also include all record-keeping and documentation related to the volunteer program; overseeing the Volunteer Board of Directors; representing Cumberland Healthcare Partners at health fairs, community events, etc.; and coordinating sponsored fundraising activities for Cumberland Healthcare Volunteer Partners.
 
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Ability to relate and work effectively with others; Ability to coordinate the day to day operation of the Volunteer Partners program; Ability to recruit, motivate, communicate, train and recognize Cumberland Healthcare Volunteers; Ability to assess the need or opportunity for volunteer services in all departments and complete program development as needed; Willingness to participate in activities necessary to achieve organizational goals; and Ability to coordinate compliance requirements associated with the Volunteers.

*Rehabilitation

*Physical Therapist, Full-time

We are currently searching for Physical Therapist to work in our highly functioning Rehabilitation Department.   This position is full-time with a 1.0 FTE. This is a Monday-Friday position with rotating call on the weekend.  Regular hours would include our Cumberland location as well as our Turtle Lake Outpatient Clinic Location.
 
Our ideal candidate would be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin.  Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.

*Nursing

*ER RN, Part-time .6 FTE

We are currently searching for an RN to work in our Emergency Department. This position is part-time with a .6 FTE. This is a NIGHT position 7pm-7am.  This opportunity also includes an every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Our ideal candidate would have their Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin along with Emergency Department RN experience. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

*Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT, IVT or Basic),  Full-time        

We are currently searching for an Emergency Medical Technician. The primary schedule will be 7a-7p or 7p-7a. This is a full-time position and does include benefits. Our Team is top-notch and well-respected in the tri-county area. We are currently building a new healthcare campus with brand-new EMS quarters. We would love for you to join our team!

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Certified EMT-B, EMT-IVT or Advanced EMT in the State of Wisconsin.
