CLINIC
*Certified Medical Assistant, Full-time *Sign-on BONUS!
Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a Certified Medical Assistant to work in our Medical Clinic/Specialty Clinic. The CMA assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in the Clinic and Specialty Clinic, handles scheduling of tests and treatments as needed for patient care, and assists with with patient access duties and lab as needed. Our CMAs work Monday-Friday with a Saturday morning rotation roughly once every 3 months. *Paramedic-Critical Care Transport, Full-time or Part-time
Cumberland Healthcare is proud to announce the launch of our hospital-based Critical Care Transport Division. We are seeking experienced and motivated Critical Care Paramedics to join our elite transport team, providing high-acuity inter-facility transports and 911 intercepts across northwest Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly approved program that combines hospital resources with the autonomy and advanced skill set of mobile critical care. This position offers a schedule of 12-hour shifts or 24-hour shifts.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Paramedic Program; Basic knowledge/training OSHA Safety Standards; Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record; Current Wisconsin Paramedic License required; Critical Care Paramedic endorsement (UMBC, FP-C, CCP-C, or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 6 months; BLS, ACLA, and PALS certification required; Minimum of 3 years Paramedic experience, preferably including critical care of inter-facility transport; Strong clinical judgement, communication skills (verbal/written English), and ability to work independently; PHTLS and/or ITLS preferred; Experience with ventilator management, advanced pharmacology, and hemodynamic monitoring preferred; and Prior work in a hospital-based or specialty care transport setting preferred.

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our amazing Emergency Department Team. Our C N As assist patients, provide basic care and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN in charge of the team/unit. They also assume Health Unit Coordinator duties as needed. This position includes a schedule of every 3rd weekend (Friday-Sunday) 7pm-7am, plus one additional shift per pay period. Our per diem staff enjoy an addition 20% per hour and this position also qualifies for the night shift differential.
Our ideal candidates would have their C N A certification in Wisconsin. Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.

REHABILITATION
*Occupational Therapist, Full-time or Part-time
We are currently searching for a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist, OTR, to join our incredible rehabilitation team. Our therapists enjoy providing a balance of inpatient/outpatient/ and school-based occupational therapy services. You’ll be joining an incredible team that strives each day to think outside of the box in order to provide the best therapy possible to our patients. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Graduate of an approved OT program, Licensed OT in the state of Wisconsin, Previous experience a plus (new grads are welcome!), and Interest in the following a plus as well: acute care, neurologic rehab, hand, cognitive, vision, and LSVT BIG therapies; Excellent communication skills; Excellent customer service, computer, and multi-tasking skills; and Ability to critically think in a time management sense.
