ANESTHESIA

*Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare seeks a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing surgical and procedural program. We are looking for someone who has experience working independently. Our current team includes two CRNAs, who schedule one week on and one week off. We have a brand new facility that opened in April 2023, with a state-of-the-art surgical environment. We offer General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics.

We are always looking to expand these services. Growth and flexibility are a must. We hope to add Pain management in the future, as well as other surgical specialties such as Urology and Ophthalmology.

CLINIC

*Certified Medical Assistant, Full-time  

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a Certified Medical Assistant to work in our Medical Clinic/Specialty Clinic.  The CMA assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management in the Clinic and Specialty Clinic, handles scheduling of tests and treatments as needed for patient care, and assists with with patient access duties and lab as needed.  Our CMAs work Monday-Friday with a Saturday morning rotation roughly once every 3 months.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Active certification/license in Wisconsin (CMA or RMA), Excellent communication skills, Advanced computer skills, and Positive attitude in a fast paced environment.

HARVEST GRILL

*Cook, Full-time

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for an experienced cook to work in our well-known Harvest Grill.  The Harvest Grill is open to the public and staff 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, and over the lunch hour on Weekends, in addition to providing meals for our patients.  We have a fresh ingredient concept and provide an array of specials throughout the week.  This position would include shifts during the week as well as a weekend/holiday rotation.

Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: High School Diploma (preferred); Cooking experience in a food service operation (preferred); Knowledge of the following would be helpful:  quantity cooking procedures, special diets, and safe food handling practices; Ability to follow directions; Ability to meet deadlines; Ability to adjust to changing needs, timelines, and requests; Basic computer skills; Excellent communication skills and Customer Service skills.

LABORATORY

*MLT or MT Days, .8 or .9 FTE Full-time

We are currently searching for a Full-time MLT or MT to work in our progressive Laboratory Department, performing the collection and receiving of specimens, testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Immunohematology. Our hours are inviting as they are mainly days with a weekend and holiday rotation. ONLY every 6th weekend and 1 holiday each year! 

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of their Associate Degree; Phlebotomy experience helpful; Laboratory Experience helpful but new grads are welcome; MT or MLT in the state of WI, ASCP certification or eligible for certification; and Excellent human relation skills/communications skills.

NURSING:  Emergency Department RN

*Emergency Department RN Nights, .75 FTE Full-time

We are currently searching for an experienced RN in Emergency Medicine to work in our Emergency Department. This position offers full-time benefits with a .75 FTE. Our night shift is 7pm-7am and with it comes a $5/hour differential for working nights. This opportunity also includes an every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Our ideal candidate would have their Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin along with Emergency Department Nursing Experience. Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must.

Patient Access

*Patient Access Representative, Full-time

We are currently searching for a full-time Patient Access Representative. This opportunity includes working weekdays/pms with a weekend/holiday rotation shared with multiple team members.

Radiology

*Radiologic Technologist/CT, Full-time  $3000 Sign-on Bonus!

We’re looking for a Licensed Radiology Technologist to join our Team. This is a full-time position (.9 FTE). Shifts may include Days and PMs, as well as a Call, Weekend and Holiday rotation shared with a number of other team members (1 in 5 weekend). Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

ARRT license in the state of Wisconsin, Willing to learn CT if not already competent, Advanced Computer Skills, as well as excellent communication skills and teamwork!

This position is primarily in our Cumberland location but could float to the Turtle Lake Clinic location from time to time.

RESPIRATORY THERAPY

*Respiratory Therapist, Full-time

Revenue Cycle

*Medical Billing Specialist, Full-time

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a Medical Billing Specialist to work out of the Business Office in our new facility. The medical biller is responsible for preparing and submitting insurance claims to insurance companies and other payers for reimbursement. They are also responsible for data entry in relation to the billing process. Our Medical Billers enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Required:  Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Previous experience with insurance billing, Knowledge of 3rd party payer billing requirements, Excellent communication skills, Understanding of basic accounting principles, Knowledge of CPT and ICT/10 Coding, Ability to work with insurance companies and patients, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and Excellent customer service skills.

Surgical Services

*Surgical Technologist, Full-time  $2000 Sign-on Bonus!

We are currently searching for a full-time Surgical Technologist to work in our operating rooms, assisting our surgical teams.  This is a .9 FTE position and will be scheduled day shifts Monday-Friday.  Call is a rotating schedule and includes 2 nights/week and weekends.  

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Completed approved ORT course or approved experience; Certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or approved experience; OR Tech experience preferred; and Excellent customer service and people skills.
