ANESTHESIA

*Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare seeks a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our growing surgical and procedural program. We are looking for someone who has experience working independently. Our current team includes two CRNAs, who schedule one week on and one week off. We have a brand new facility that opened in April 2023, with a state-of-the-art surgical environment. We offer General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics.

We are always looking to expand these services. Growth and flexibility are a must. We hope to add Pain management in the future, as well as other surgical specialties such as Urology and Opthalmology.

CLINIC

*Certified Medical Assistant, Full-time 

We are currently searching for a full-time certified medical assistant to work in our medical and specialty clinics.  The hours would be days Monday-Friday and would include a Saturday morning rotation (example: 1 in 10)

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

*Emergency Medical Technician (A-EMT, IVT or Basic),  Full-time        

We are currently searching for an Emergency Medical Technician. The primary schedule will be 7a-7p or 7p-7a. This is a full-time position and does include benefits. Our Team is top-notch and well-respected in the tri-county area. We are currently in our new healthcare campus with brand-new EMS quarters. We would love for you to join our team!

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Certified EMT-B, EMT-IVT, or Advanced EMT in the State of Wisconsin.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

*Maintenance Engineer,  Full-time        

We are currently searching for a full-time Maintenance Engineer. This position would work 10-hour days (40 hours/week) plus an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; Driver’s License; Advanced knowledge of electrical installation/service, appliance operations/repair, steam heating systems, HVAC, OSHA, floor covering installation and care, lawn/garden care, plumbing installation and repair, paints/varnishes/chemicals and cleaning agents preferred; and Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet.

LABORATORY

*MLT or MT,  Full-time        

We are currently searching for an MLT or MT to work in our brand-new Laboratory at Cumberland Healthcare. This position works mainly days with a possible PM at times, typically 1 in 6-weekend rotation and only one holiday/year. 

Our Lab Techs are responsible for performing medical laboratory tests, procedures, experiments, and analyses to provide data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. You will find that our staff is a cohesive group that focuses on teamwork.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist (ASCP) License or eligible for licensure; Ability to relate and work effectively with others; Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards; Basic computer knowledge and skills; and Language Development Skills including reading scientific and technical journals, abstracts, and financial reports.

We are currently searching for an RN to work in our Emergency Department. This full-time position has a .75 FTE and is a night position from 7 pm to 7 am. This opportunity also includes an every-third weekend and holiday rotation.
Our ideal candidate would have a Registered Nursing License in the State of Wisconsin, along with Emergency Department RN experience. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all necessary.

*Emergency Department C N A/HUC Night, Per Diem .45 FTE

We are currently searching for C N As to work in our Emergency Department. Day C N As are scheduled 7 am-7 pm, while nights are scheduled 7 pm-7 am.  Part-time employees enjoy a full benefit package, while per diem enjoy 20% more in pay per hour. These opportunities also include an every-third weekend and holiday rotation. Our C N As assist patients, provide basic care and assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN in charge of the team/unit. They also assume Health Unit Coordinator duties as needed.
 
Our ideal candidate would have their C N A certification in Wisconsin. Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are all a must. ED and/or Medical-Surgical experience required.

We have an assortment of positions/shifts listed above.  Day positions are scheduled 7 am-7 pm, while night positions are scheduled 7 pm-7 am.  These opportunities include every-third weekend and holiday rotations.  Our C N As assist patients with activities of daily living, provide basic cares, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN in charge of the team/unit.  They also assume Health Unit Coordinator duties as needed.

PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES

*Medical Biller, Full-time 

Cumberland Healthcare is currently searching for a Medical Claims Biller to join our Patient Financial Services Team! This position will work in an amazing environment with the best co-workers. The biller will be responsible for reviewing and accurately submitting medical claims. It’s important that they can correct errors identified during edits. The knowledge and ability to interpret Medical Remittance Advice is a must, as is the ability to work with insurance companies and patients alike.

The qualifications for this opportunity include the following: Previous experience with insurance billing, Knowledge of 3rd party payer billing requirements, Excellent communication skills, Understanding of basic accounting principles, Knowledge of CPT and ICD/10 Coding, Ability to work with insurance companies and patients, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and Excellent Customer Service Skills.

RADIOLOGY

*Radiologic Technologist, Full-time

Cumberland Healthcare is searching for a full-time Radiologic Technologist in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Radiology Department. Our opportunity includes day and PM hours and a weekend and holiday rotation (average 1 in 5).

The ideal candidate will have a current ARRT license in Wisconsin, be willing to cross-train to CT, and have advanced computer skills.

We are currently searching for a full-time Respiratory Therapist. This position would have scheduled hours and call times and would work in conjunction with our current RT.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin; Active NBRC license; one year of clinical experience with acute care competence; Moderate computer knowledge and skills; flexible and adaptable attitude; and excellent customer service and people skills.
