Join our team and work alongside 2 other Clinic Resource RNs under our Director of Nursing. The Clinical Resource RN is responsible for the oversight of nursing care delivery, staffing, and managing the patient flow throughout the healthcare facility. This position is part of the clinical leadership team, working directly with all the unit managers to ensure patient engagement and experience are maximized. This position works primarily 6am-6pm but may fluctuate to accommodate patient/staffing needs and may include nights from time to time. It also includes a rotating every third weekend and every third holiday.
Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin; Minimum 5 years acute care experience; Resilient and flexible in a crisis; Excellent critical thinking skills; Excellent presentation and teaching skills; Ability to function in all roles in the ER and Med/Surg; and Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and within one year, NRP and TNCC.
