Relief Pharmacist

*Maple Ridge Retain Pharmacy and/or Inpatient

We are currently searching for a relief Pharmacist interested in filling in when a need exists and it works with your schedule. Hours can include days Monday-Friday, as well as Saturday mornings. We will work with your availability. Our primary need is in our Retail Pharmacy, but would also accept hospital based pharmacists.

Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Provide clinical consultations regarding medication therapy management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.

Requirements

  • PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.
