Community Health Needs Assessment

Cumberland Healthcare is an independent, nonprofit, community-based facility serving northwest Wisconsin. It became a Critical Access Hospital on August 19, 2005, and is licensed for 25 acute care beds.

These reports summarize the hospital’s plan to address high-priority needs identified in the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment. Our current highlighted needs for the next three years (FY 2026-2029) include obesity, mammography screening, and colorectal screenings.
