Raising Questions and/or Concerns: If you become aware of an activity that you think may be in violation of the Cumberland Healthcare Corporate Compliance Program, or if you have any questions in regard to the Code of Conduct or the Compliance Program, please contact our Corporate Compliance Officer, who can be reached at 715-822-7260. It is your right to remain anonymous. The officer will then complete any necessary investigation/follow-up to the complaint, contacting necessary departments, leadership, etc. to ensure that your concern is handled appropriately.
