Jacob has been a stellar employee since joining Cumberland Healthcare. Not only has he single handedly set up and maintained our retail pharmacy, he has also received many patient and staff compliments along the way. Some things that have been said relate to his knowledge of medications, his willingness to take time with patients, how quickly he can turn a prescription after a clinic visit, and his overall pleasant demeanor. When patients call in, they specifically ask for Jacob because of the service he has provided. Jacob is always looking for ways to grow, enhance, and streamline the way we take care of patients and staff. He has brought a number of suggestions forward on how we can increase and improve the services we offer.
