Cumberland Healthcare’s Critical Care Interfacility Transport Division provides advanced, 24/7 transport for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and intervention during interfacility transfers. Staffed by highly trained Critical Care Paramedics, our teams are equipped to manage complex medical and trauma patients, including ventilated, hemodynamically unstable, and high-acuity cases. We work closely with referring and receiving facilities to ensure seamless handoffs, clinical consistency, and patient safety throughout every transfer, delivering ICU-level care on the road when every minute and every decision matters.
Emergency Paramedic Intercept Services
Cumberland Healthcare also offers paramedic-level emergency intercept services to support partner EMS agencies during periods of increased demand, limited staffing, or complex patient presentations. By intercepting in the field, our paramedics provide advanced life support while allowing originating agencies to maintain coverage within their communities.
