RN Clinical Informatics Specialist, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurse Clinical Informatics Specialist.  The RN Clinical Informatics Specialist will use clinical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation used for measuring and reporting patient care and outcomes, coding compliance and regulatory requirements.  This position involves working with all clinical staff and providers.  This position will also provide ongoing staff education and training related to the EMR, as well as other organizational applications.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (BSN preferred), Licensed as a RN in WI, experience in health data management preferred, 3-5 years Clinical Nursing (2-3 of those with use of an electronic health record), Excellent nurse-physician relationships, Computer literacy-proficiency with Microsoft applications and advanced understanding of electronic documentation systems and interoperability, Demonstrates a balance of patience and assertiveness, Strong understanding of all hospital/clinical departments and how they relate in regard to the Electronic Medical Record, and Ability to relate and work effectively with others.

Certified Pharmacy Technician, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to work in our newly remodeled Pharmacy.  Our Pharmacy Technicians assist our Pharmacists in the hospital.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program, Certified Pharmacy Technician in WI, Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred, Excellent mathematical skills, and Excellent communication skills.

Receptionist-Hospital Front Desk, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Receptionist for our Hospital Front Desk.  Duties include customer service at the front desk, registering patients (front desk, emergency department, etc.), and operating the switchboard.  This position includes Days, PMs, and an every 4th weekend rotation as well as a holiday rotation.  Schedule flexibility is certainly a possibility.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Excellent clerical skills, Excellent communication skills, Advanced computer skills, Positive attitude in a fast paced environment, and Ability to work independently.
