Clinic Manager, Full-time

We are currently searching for a dynamic leader for our growing clinics.  The Clinic Manager position is responsible for the Cumberland Medical Clinic as well as our Cumberland Healthcare Turtle Lake Center.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred), clinic management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with physician groups.

 

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.  The position will have responsibilities in the Cumberland Medical Clinic as well as in the Cumberland Healthcare Emergency Department (at least 1 shift/week).  Hours will be mainly days with one extended hour shift in the clinic per week (10am-7pm).  This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate that wants some variety in their practice.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited program; Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of WI, or ability to obtain; Board Certified in Family Practice; Confidence, skill level, and ability to work independently with indirect physician oversight; Multi-year family practice experience preferred; and Emergency Room experience preferred.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner.  The position will have primary responsibilities in the Healing Center and may float to the clinic at times.  Hours will be mainly days .  This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate that wishes to grow the Wound Care program.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited program; Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of WI, or ability to obtain; Board Certified in Family Practice, Wound Care, or willing to obtain; Confidence, skill level, and ability to work independently with indirect physician oversight; experience preferred but not required.

Speech Language Pathologist, Full-time

We are currently searching for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Team.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an approved Speech Language Pathology Program, Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in WI or eligible for licensure in WI, and would have previous experience in an inpatient, outpatient, and/or skilled nursing setting.

RN Medical Surgical and ER, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurse to work in our Medical/Surgical Department as well as our Emergency Department.  This position would be working a mixture of days and nights, would be scheduled every third weekend, and would have a holiday rotation.

The successful candidate will be a licensed RN in WI, experience in Medical Surgical and ER preferred.

RN Clinical Informatics Specialist, Full-time

We are currently searching for a Registered Nurse Clinical Informatics Specialist.  The RN Clinical Informatics Specialist will use clinical expertise to identify improvement opportunities and ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation used for measuring and reporting patient care and outcomes, coding compliance and regulatory requirements.  This position involves working with all clinical staff and providers.  This position will also provide ongoing staff education and training related to the EMR, as well as other organizational applications.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (BSN preferred), Licensed as a RN in WI, experience in health data management preferred, 3-5 years Clinical Nursing (2-3 of those with use of an electronic health record), Excellent nurse-physician relationships, Computer literacy-proficiency with Microsoft applications and advanced understanding of electronic documentation systems and interoperability, Demonstrates a balance of patience and assertiveness, Strong understanding of all hospital/clinical departments and how they relate in regard to the Electronic Medical Record, and Ability to relate and work effectively with others.

C N A and Health Unit Coordinator, Reserve and Full-time

We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant willing to also work as a Health Unit Coordinator.  This position is in our Medical/Surgical Department but may also float to our OB and ER departments.  This would be an exciting position for the right candidate.   This position includes Days and Nights. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:  C N A in WI, Excellent clerical skills, Excellent communication skills, Advanced computer skills, Positive attitude in a fast paced environment, and Ability to work independently.
