Cumberland Healthcare is kicking off the design of its replacement facility with Wendel, a nationally recognized Architectural, Engineering, Energy Efficiency, and Construction Management firm. The proposed campus will replace the current facility which is 60 years old.  Construction is to be completed in March 2023.
