Cumberland Healthcare Announces New Campus Kickoff!
In 2017 Cumberland Healthcare acquired 65 acres of land near the Cumberland Golf Course for a replacement campus. This land purchase was annexed into the city in 2018 and financing has been secured through the USDA with involvement from local banks.
Cumberland Healthcare is kicking off the design of its replacement facility with Wendel, a nationally recognized Architectural, Engineering, Energy Efficiency, and Construction Management firm. The proposed campus will replace the current facility which is 60 years old. Construction is to be completed in March 2023.
