The Turtle Lake Center is open Monday through Friday and staffed with two full-time family practice providers. Services provided include family medicine, x-ray, lab, podiatry, and rehabilitation services including speech, occupational and physical therapy. Same-day appointments are available.
Turtle Lake Hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday.
